Among content of the site are forums. Granite Games will make reasonable attempts to keep the forum content appropriate for all viewers, but makes no guarantees or claims that it is fit for use. Account holders must be 18 years of age or older, or must have consent from an adult who agrees to monitor the minor's activity at all times. Please be aware that while we genuinely desire to provide acceptable content, that it is your responsibility to monitory your child's web surfing activities.

While interacting with the Dusktreaders' community you are expected at all times to be respectful of others, Granite Games, and Dusktreaders. You will also not attempt to hack the website, the game, or do any other illegal or malicious activities. In summary, be respectful and obey the law.

5. Resale of Service
Without express written consent you may not make any efforts to resell this service. The website content will remain free, while the Dusktreaders product may only be resold by authorized resellers.
6. Termination of Service
At any point, without cause, prior consent or notification, Granite Games may terminate your account and/or discontinue service to you or the public.
